Process groups are small communities of people who go on a journey together. Sometimes the journey is short, and sometimes it is long. Sometimes it is light and gentle, and sometimes it is deep and raw. Groups range from short-term book studies, to long-term, in-depth commitments. Here are some process groups that I know of or help facilitate:
The Still Point - A safe and challenging community for people who are deconstructing and reconstructing how they think, believe and act. The small group meets every other Saturday morning to share their life stories, consider new ways of thinking, and journey with each other through the emotional process of change.
Deep Change or Slow Death - through The Leader's Journey. For generations, leadership was about finding the right map to guide your leadership efforts. It is becoming increasingly clear that map reading is no longer an effective leadership strategy. Leaders must learn to be map makers. This course is about the deep, adaptive change that is necessary for leaders to guide their people into new territory.
